Re: Kissing Your Sister
In light of the outcome of Tuesday's SLPL All-Star game, Rube
Furrow has dictated a rule change for future All-Star games:
Beginning next year, in the event of a tie game at the end of
the regulation nine innings, the outcome of the game will be
determined by a footrace, during which the team manager shall
select a single player from his team to participate in a timed
sprint around the bases.
MORE IMPORTANT: Today is your last chance to rid your
team of the clubhouse cancers. The deadline for mid-season SLPL
trades is is 12:05 pm EST, Thursday, July 11, 2002. That's 9:05
am on the west coast. Who knows what time it is in Leon?
LESS IMPORTANT: Some team ownership groups have not yet
paid their entry fees. You know who you are. Please contact Joe
Livernois with your excuse soon.
